Located on the public promenade with stunning views of the East River and the Brooklyn skyline, this massive open-concept restaurant debuted in May. “New Yorkers and visitors love being on the water,” owner Abraham Merchant says. “We were lucky enough to be a part of the revitalization of the waterfront.” The menu features a variety of tasty wood-fired pizzas and Mediterranean-leaning appetizers and entrees. A brunch menu is in the works, too. 70 South St., 212-487-9600, industry-kitchen.com
