Located in the heart of South Street Seaport, Industry Kitchen’s Executive Chef Sean Chudoba has created a one-day only menu for Thanksgiving. The a la carte menu will feature five options. Patrons will be able to choose from modern American cuisine based on a seasonal market. Options vary from soups like Kale & Yukon gold potato puree, shaved Parmesan, truffle oil to main entrees like Herbed Crusted brined turkey or Turkey Pizza with brown rosemary, pepper gravy, shredded turkey, dried cranberries and roasted butternut squash.
