The South Street Seaport eatery, Industry Kitchen, is now serving up a pizza fit for royalty, and at $2000 a pie, you can bet it’s going to be good. Topped with stilton cheese, foie gras, truffles, caviar, and 24-karat gold flakes, this wood-fired pie is the answer to all your luxe foodie dreams – and the perfect thing to convince your rich friends to buy for the Insta.
Executive Chef Braulio Bunay told Town & Country that this dish “is the epitome of decadence,” as if you needed any convincing. You’ll have to order it 48 hours in advance, so this can’t be a last-minute drunken splurge, but clearly it is worth the wait.
