Industry Kitchen’s Crazy Clown

Pegged to the release of “It,” the horror film based on the Stephen King novel, this cocktail is equal parts rum and peach schnapps. The mixologists at Industry Kitchen are adding orange juice, lemon juice, simple syrup, bitters and grenadine (a reddish pomegranate syrup) to give their clownish concoction bite and color.
